Contract Details
This is a Firm Fixed-Price contract under NAICS Code 238990 (Repair Or Alteration Of Miscellaneous Buildings), with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. Performance and payment bonds are not required. A minimum three-year manufacturer's warranty is required for the gate system.
Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit an updated price schedule and signed acknowledgments of all amendments, including the latest Amendment 0002. The award will be based on a Best Value Tradeoff, where Technical Capability and Past Performance are considered more important than Price.
