• Brand Name Specificity: The requirement is not brand name specific. Specifications are detailed in the "Continuation of Description" section on page 3 of the solicitation (SF1449).
• Color Acceptability: While the part MID-TM60-6-50-BLK refers to Black, Tan is also an acceptable color.
• Specification Reference Removal: The reference to MIL-H-53073 has been removed, as all specifications align with MIL-PRF-370, and both standards cannot be applied simultaneously. The reference to 81349-MIL-H-53073 is removed.

Amendment / Modification

This addendum provides instructions to offerors for a solicitation to award a single firm-fixed price purchase order for Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

Key instructions include:

• Offerors must include manufacturer/make/model/brand for each item, along with literature, cut sheets, and product specification data meeting or exceeding solicitation requirements. Offerors are explicitly instructed NOT to restate government specifications.
• Pricing must include FOB Destination.
• Pricing must be to the nearest cent (two decimal places). Failure to comply will be considered a failure to meet solicitation requirements and may result in non-consideration for award.
• Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 60 days from the solicitation closing date. Any item requiring longer than 60 days ARO for delivery must be indicated.
• The solicitation will be available electronically.
• Questions must be submitted via email to jason.c.huth.civ@army.mil and melissa.m.kaarbo.civ@army.mil no later than five (5) days prior to the solicitation closing date. Questions must reference the RFQ number. Telephone questions will not be accepted, and questions received within five days of closing will go unanswered.
• Quotes not providing ALL of the above information will be considered non-conforming and may not be considered for award.
