To supplement the USCG Aviation Training Center (ATC) Mobile's organic maintenance capabilities by engaging a qualified motor vehicle Contractor to perform engine repairs on a specific aircraft refueler truck, returning it to full operational capability and ensuring its expected life expectancy.

• On-site repair of one (1) International Motors aircraft refueler (VIN# 1HTMSAAR19H141417) at ATC Mobile.

• Repairs must be completed to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications using OEM or equivalent parts.

• The refueler is inoperable and cannot be safely towed, requiring on-site service.

• Major repair actions include:

  • Engine Control Module (ECM) repair/replacement.
  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Cooler repair/replacement.
  • Wheel seal replacement.
