THIS AMENDMENT WILL ALSO RESCOPE THE REQUIREMENT FOR WAX PLANT ELECTRICAL UPGRADES, B3566. THE CONSTRUCTION PORTION, CLIN 0002, OF THE PRICE SCHEDULE WILL BE CHANGED AND SOME OF THE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE BROKEN OUT INTO OPTIONS. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SUMMARY FOR AMENDMENT 0003 FOR DETAILS.
