Scope of Work

Submission Requirements

- Completed Attachment 1: RFQ Fill-in Sheet (for pricing).
- A list of no more than three (3) past performance references for similar work within the past five (5) years.
- All applicable current certifications demonstrating compliance with PWS requirements.
- Completed FAR 52.212-3 or electronic annual representations and certifications via SAM.gov.
- Quotes must remain valid for at least 45 days.
Evaluation Factors
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering:

Price will be evaluated by total quoted price. Past performance will be evaluated for recency (within 3 years) and relevancy, resulting in a confidence rating (Substantial, Satisfactory, Neutral, Limited, or No Confidence). The Government intends to award to the lowest-priced offeror with a Substantial Performance Confidence Rating. If the lowest-priced offeror does not receive a Substantial rating, evaluation continues with the next lowest-priced offeror. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest-priced offeror.
