Eligibility & Vetting
This opportunity is open to U.S. prime contractors with U.S. subcontractor and supplier firms. All personnel working on the project shall be U.S. citizens or U.S. persons with current, valid Top Secret clearance. To access the RFP documents, interested firms must first be vetted. This requires submitting:
- Certification of U.S. Company: Certifying U.S. corporate headquarters, tax compliance, U.S. citizens in key management, and an active Top Secret Facility Clearance Level.
- Certification of U.S. Citizen: For individuals requiring access, providing proof of U.S. citizenship and Social Security Number.
- Authorized Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): To protect "SPECS AND DRAWINGS" (Restricted Use Information). Site Visit
A one-time pre-proposal site visit will be scheduled, with details provided in the RFP.
