Eligibility & RFP Access Requirements

This opportunity is for U.S. prime contractors utilizing U.S. subcontractor and supplier firms. All employees must be U.S. citizens or U.S. persons with current, valid Top Secret clearance. To access the RFP documents, interested firms must first be vetted. This requires submitting three forms to Jacqueline Sivongxay (jacqueline.y.sivongxay.civ@us.navy.mil):

  1. Certification of U.S. Company (Attachment 1): Certifying U.S. corporate headquarters, U.S. tax compliance (2+ years), U.S. citizens in key management, and an active Top Secret Facility Clearance Level.
