Eligibility & RFP Access Requirements
This opportunity is for U.S. prime contractors utilizing U.S. subcontractor and supplier firms. All employees must be U.S. citizens or U.S. persons with current, valid Top Secret clearance. - Certification of U.S. Company (Attachment 1): Certifying U.S. corporate headquarters, U.S. tax compliance (2+ years), U.S. citizens in key management, and an active Top Secret Facility Clearance Level.
- Certification of U.S. Citizen (Attachment 2): For each individual requiring RFP access, along with proof of U.S. citizenship and Social Security Number.
