Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to bhornsby@bop.gov. Offerors must provide a typed quote on the attached specification sheet (BRQ, SF 1449 - REQUEST FOR QUOTATION), including the Solicitation Number (15B51826Q00000020) and the Quoter’s Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) for SAM. Lack of SAM registration will result in ineligibility for award. Pricing must be firm-fixed price, inclusive of all shipping and processing costs, and valid for 30 days beyond the anticipated award date. Award will be based on the quotes most advantageous to the Government, evaluating specifications, past performance, and price. The Government reserves the right to award item-by-item or in aggregate.
