Submission Requirements
Offerors must ensure their registration is active and up-to-date in SAM.gov. The Standard Form (SF) 1449 (Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items) must be completed, specifically blocks 17a, 20, 30a, 30b, and 30c. Attached quote sheets require the offeror's name and UEI number in the header. Block 20 of the SF 1449 must include the offeror's email address and UEI number. Original signatures are required on submitted quotes. Quotations must be submitted via email to j2hutchison@bop.gov. Faxed or hand-carried quotes will not be accepted, and quotes received after the deadline will be processed per FAR 52.212-1(f).
Evaluation Criteria
The Government intends to award by line item to the responsive and responsible vendor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and provides the best value. Past Performance (including poor past performance, failure to deliver, or not meeting specifications) will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Award will be based on acceptance of the offer, so bidders must ensure all requirements regarding quantity, delivery dates, specifications, packaging, labeling, and invoicing can be satisfied.
