Purpose & Scope
This Sources Sought is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. The government seeks to identify vendors capable of providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to deliver, set-up, maintain, and recover tents and associated equipment on a short-notice basis. Tents must be free-standing, equipped with opaque side walls, protective flooring, lighting, power generation (quiet generators), and heating/cooling. The contractor must be able to perform on as little as 36 hours' notice, seven days a week, including nighttime hours. Personnel will require background checks.
