  • Lodging Unit Exterior Support: Maintenance of building exteriors, porches, walkways, HVAC condensers, utility pads, stairwells, railings, decks, and fuel systems.
  • Waste & Debris Removal: Disposal of maintenance-generated debris.
  • As-Needed Services: Repair, replacement, and installation of facility systems, flooring, windows, doorways, walkways, plumbing, HVAC, controls, and drainage systems. The scope was amended to remove the HVAC requirement from the original solicitation.

Contract Details

Previously submitted quotes must be resubmitted.
