- Routine & Corrective Maintenance: Minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs; interior wall patching; exterior building envelope repairs; and flooring replacement/repair.
- Grounds Maintenance: Landscaping (pruning, invasive vegetation removal), grounds infrastructure (walkways, parking), and snow/ice removal.
- Lodging Unit Exterior Support: Maintenance of building exteriors, porches, HVAC condensers, utility pads, and stairwells.
- Waste & Debris Removal and As-Needed Services for facility systems, flooring, windows, plumbing, and HVAC. Services must adhere to federal, state, local regulations, NPS policies, and industry standards, ensuring 24/7 emergency response capability.
