- Routine & Corrective Maintenance: Minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, interior wall patching, exterior building envelope repairs, and flooring replacement/repair.
- Grounds Maintenance: Landscaping (pruning, invasive vegetation removal), grounds infrastructure (walkways, parking areas, site furnishings), and snow/ice removal.
- Lodging Unit Exterior Support: Maintenance of building exteriors, porches, walkways, HVAC condensers, utility pads, stairwells, railings, decks, and fuel systems.
- Waste & Debris Removal: Disposal of maintenance-generated debris.
- As-Needed Services: Repair, replacement, and installation of facility systems, flooring, windows, doorways, walkways, plumbing, HVAC, controls, and drainage systems. The scope was amended to remove the HVAC requirement from the original solicitation.
