Scope of Work
The requirement is for seven (7) new, current production model gantry crane systems, each featuring a 1000 lb. pneumatic hoist. These systems are defined as "overhead bridge cranes with free-standing structures" and must be "Underhung" type. Key deliverables include:
- Seven (7) independent gantry crane systems, each with a minimum 1000 lb. pneumatic chain hoist (35-55 ft/min lift speed, manual X-Y movement, ergonomic pendant controls).
- Turnkey installation, encompassing off-loading, assembly, leveling, securing to the foundation, and connection to utilities.
- Each system requires a pneumatic header system with filter, regulator, lubricator, shutoff valve, drip leg, and drain point, along with air hoses and festoon kits (crimped fittings required).
- Specific dimensions for each gantry system are detailed in the Purchase Description (Section 3.2), with a standard 12-foot height under the bridge.
- Compliance with OSHA, NEC, and all applicable safety, security, and environmental regulations is mandatory.

- A one (1) year warranty against defects is required.
