- Utility Reconstruction: Excavation, grading, site preparation, building demolition, water service connection (well pump and pipeline), electrical panel and circuit remodeling, concrete slabs, and sewer lines.
- HVAC & Heating: Installation of a Design Build (DB) HVAC system incorporating a 60 BTU/H combi-boiler assembly (Navien or equivalent) with hydronic radiant floor heating as the primary source, supplemented by fireplace/forced air heating. This also includes circulation pumps, radiant floor tubing, and forced air duct supply systems.
- Propane Systems: Installation of a new 500-gallon propane tank with associated trenching, piping, regulators, and two direct-vent gas stoves/fireplaces.
- Water Supply: Retrofitting the existing well to provide a complete pressurized water supply, including domestic hot water systems and a functional kitchen faucet.
