A key component of this requirement is the beneficial reuse and recycling of the material after it has been used. Deliveries and removals will occur between April 20, 2026, and January 20, 2027. The vendor must accommodate staggered deliveries and removals, with a minimum of 50 bags per event, completed within three days of notification. For removals, TRFB will re-bag and palletize used garnet, perform TCLP Analysis, and store it for vendor pickup. S/71A personnel will load the bags, and the vendor must provide a receipt for collected quantities.
