The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV25QA041, for Gate Attendant Services for various locations in Northern Area Public Site Areas in Oklahoma and Texas within Tulsa District. There are currently six (6) purchase orders anticipated, between Pat Mayse Lake, Pine Creek Lake, Sardis Lake, Lake Texoma, and Waurika Lake. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721211 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $10M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is M1PA. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only in the Solicitation Module on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website at https://piee.eb.mil/.
