Scope of Work
Contractors will deliver existing advanced undergraduate and graduate-level GEOINT courses, modified for condensed virtual delivery. Training modalities include instructor-led synchronous, asynchronous, or self-paced online formats. Courses must cover at least two of eleven specified subject areas, such as Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Data Modeling, GIS & Analysis Tools, Geospatial Data Management, and Remote Sensing. Each course should not exceed 40 hours of instruction.
Key Requirements
Offerors, whether academic or non-academic primes, must ensure all proposed courses originate from institutions that are regionally accredited by a body recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), AND either accredited by the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) or a member in good standing with the University Consortium for Geographic Information Science (UCGIS). Instructors must be U.S. citizens. Security requirements include compliance with NGA, DoD, and IC information security policies, NIST SP 800-171, and FedRAMP Moderate for cloud services. Uncleared personnel can perform unclassified work, but foreign nationals require prior written approval.
