Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personnel services including:
- 24/7 Remote Technical Assistance: Support via telephone and/or MS Teams for troubleshooting and resolving GPON network technical issues, including emergency support. Pricing must include this support for all Optical Networking Terminals.
- Depot Level Maintenance: Repair and return service for failed network components to serviceable condition. Repaired items must be returned within 30 days, with emergency replacements shipped within 24 hours.
- Parts Management: Provide a list of required parts and cost estimates for government approval. Replaced parts become government property. A Not-To-Exceed (NTE) ceiling of $15,000 is established for parts for funding and administration.
