Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services for the CTDVC and LSR Visitor Centers, along with seasonal cleaning for 20 residential housing units located throughout the park. Services are required for a base year and four option years, typically from April 1 to November 15 annually. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, and supplies, with specific tasks and frequencies detailed in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). Performance will be evaluated against Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL).

Special Requirements & Notes

- Contractor personnel must undergo background checks, obtain Government credentials, wear uniforms, and attend Wildlife and Bear Aware training.
- Use of bio-based cleaning products is required where feasible.
- Bidders must adhere to the Department of Labor Wage Determination (Attachment 4) for minimum labor costs.
