Interested firms must submit responses no later than March 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT. The submittal package should not exceed 8 pages and must include:
- Identification and verification of the company's small business status.
- Contractor's Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code(s).
- Documentation from the firm's bonding company showing current single and aggregate performance and payment bond limits.
- Descriptions of no more than three (3) example projects (95% complete or completed in the past five years as prime contractor) of similar size and scope. Each project must include a reference, project completion percentage, scope, size, dollar value, contract type (design-bid build or design-build), and percentage of self-performed work.
- For Small Businesses, state the percentage of work that will be self-performed on this project and how it will be accomplished, adhering to FAR 52.219-14 (15% minimum for general construction, excluding materials).
