- Trail construction, reconstruction, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Recreational site construction, reconstruction, and maintenance (e.g., vault toilets, water/sewer lines).
- General site construction, reconstruction, and maintenance, including utility work. Contractors must furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation. Work locations are primarily within Addison, Bennington, Rutland, Washington, Windham, and Windsor counties in Vermont.
