Scope of Work

• Barracks Renovations (6,656 SF): Includes insulation, window replacement, HVAC upgrades, lighting, reconfiguring men's shower area, maintaining radio/telecom with added Wi-Fi, hot water heater replacement, interior painting, and new carpet.
• Hotshot Office/Shop Renovations (3,900 SF): Involves remodeling for six workstations, roofing, window and door replacement, insulation and exterior finish upgrades, restroom/break area/office/conference room renovations, added office cooling, and radio/telecom maintenance with Wi-Fi.
• Site Improvements: Construction of two new trailer pads with utilities, upgrading two existing trailer pads, vegetation removal, installation of ADA-compliant parking, and paving of existing parking and drive areas.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price contract anticipated, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
• Project Magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
• Period of Performance: June 8, 2026, through June 8, 2027, with construction completion within 12 months of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
• Bonds: A Bid Bond/Offer Guarantee of 20% of the quote (not to exceed $3 million) is required. Performance and Payment Bonds (100% of original contract award price) are also required.

• Submission Requirements: Technical Approach (2-4 pages), Past Performance (max 3 pages), Pricing Documentation (using Attachment 3 - Schedule of Items), and Bid Guarantee. Quotes are limited to 10 pages (excluding Bid Guarantee documentation).
• Evaluation: Comparative evaluation based on Technical Approach and Past Performance. Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government.
