Scope of Work

The awarded contractor will furnish all materials, personnel, and equipment for:

  • Decommissioning: Removal and disposal of approximately 4,300 LF of existing sanitary sewer lines and manholes. Draining, filling, and regrading the existing two open-air lagoons (approx. 3 acres). Specific changes include abandoning certain pipe sections in place.
  • Sanitary Sewer Line Replacement: Installation of approximately 4,300+ LF of 8-inch gravity sewer, 20+ manholes, and laterals, generally following the existing alignment.
  • New Wastewater Treatment System Installation: Construction of a new proprietary wastewater treatment system (e.g., Orenco AdvanTex) with a drip field of approximately 0.5 acres and associated site improvements. The WWTP area is approximately 1.4 acres.
  • CLINs: Mobilization, WWTP Decommissioning, Sanitary Sewer Replacement, New WWTP & Disposal System, and an optional Split Rail Fence.
