Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To replace a failing water storage tank at the Grindstone Indian Rancheria, install electrical control wire in conduit, and set up water monitoring equipment.

An EPA survey identified the existing 30,000-gallon lower water storage tank (WST) as a Priority 1 Health Risk. This tank has been bypassed and will be removed. The existing 60,000-gallon upper WST is corroded and leaking. This project will replace it with a new 135,000-gallon bolted steel tank. The new tank will be enclosed by chain-link fence after the old one is removed. Additionally, Project 20-N65 will establish communication between the tank, tribal office, and water treatment plant for EPA compliance.

• Installation of a 135,000-gallon water storage tank, including site grading, foundation, and piping.

• Installation of water quality monitoring equipment (Chlorine Residual, Temperature, pH, Air Hold Tests, Tank Level, and Turbidity) in the Tribal Administration Office.
