Project Scope

A new 135,000-gallon bolted steel water storage tank will be installed, including site grading, foundation, and piping, and enclosed by a chain-link fence. Additionally, water quality monitoring equipment (Chlorine Residual, Temperature, pH, Air Hold Tests, Tank Level, Turbidity) will be installed in the Tribal Administration Office, along with approximately 2425 linear feet of control and data cable in conduit, and 250 linear feet of fencing and gates. The project also includes programming, testing, startup, and 8 hours of training for tribal personnel. The period of performance is 180 calendar days for substantial completion and 210 days for full contract completion after issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
Contract Details
This will be a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) construction contract, procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under FAR Part 15 and 36. The estimated magnitude is less than $1.2 million. Performance and Payment Bonds are required, and TERO fees apply.
Set-Aside & Eligibility
This is a 100% ISBEE set-aside under NAICS code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction), with a size standard of $45 million. Offerors must be Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) that are also small business concerns.
