Compliance with wildlife regulations (e.g., Migratory Bird Treaty Act, Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act) and bear country practices is mandatory. Horseback spraying is not permitted. Approved herbicides include Milestone, Telar, and Glyphosate, with others subject to approval. A Quality Control Plan is required within 30 days of award.
