Buildings will be eliminated from consideration if they:
- Have office space on or below the first floor in a shared multistory building.
- Have office space on the top floor with rooftop access within the Government’s space.
- House immigration, probation, public defenders, and/or social services offices without separate entrances, elevators, and parking.
- Have the only available office space on the same floor as immigration, probation, public defenders, and/or social services offices.
- Are inside a shopping mall or shopping center.
- House daycare facilities, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, and/or drug rehabilitation clinics.
- Have public parking underneath or within the building, or metered/public parking directly in front, behind, or next to the building.
- Are less than 1,000 feet from schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, and/or daycare facilities.
- Reside in a crime statistical area 10 times greater than the National average.
- Lack secured parking for Government official vehicles (onsite or adjacent).
