• Irrigation System Installation: Installing an in-ground irrigation system for new turf areas and a drip irrigation system for existing Holly hedges. The new system must be 100% compatible with and tie into ANC's existing Hunter Landscape Irrigation system, requiring Hunter brand components or approved equals.
• Protection & Restoration: Protecting existing infrastructure (hedges, sidewalks, curbs, roadway) and restoring any impacted areas to their original condition.
• Deliverables: Providing complete as-built plans for the new irrigation systems and sod installation, along with a utility survey and investigation for irrigation line routing.
