Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This document outlines the scope of work for the annual inspection of portable fire extinguishers, fire suppression, and alarm systems at Carlsbad Caverns National Park (CAVE).

• Inspect 180 portable fire extinguishers for pressure, labeling, and operability in accordance with NFPA 10.

• Test and inspect 30 fire alarm/suppression systems per NFPA 72 and 25.

• Replace, recharge, or retag equipment as necessary.
