This includes 100% of outlets at the Phoenix VA Medical Center (Building 1), Community Living Center (Building 16), Ambulatory Care Center (Building 8), and Dental Clinic (Building 29). The contractor must have completed NFPA 99C Medical Gas Certifier training and provide current certificates. Specific flow rate requirements for various gas outlets and testing for suspended particulate are also required. An initial visit includes an accurate inventory of Medical Gas outlets and submission of a Medical Gas Campus Overview book within 30 days.
