This solicitation is for the Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center to procure inspection services for multiple underground storage tanks (UST) and aboveground storage tanks (AST). The acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with options. Service Contract Labor Standards apply.

• Provide all necessary labor, equipment, and supervision for UST and AST inspections.

• Services must conform to applicable Local, State, and Federal codes, rules, and regulations (EPA, OSHA, Equipment Manufacturer Standards, Industry Codes/Standards).

• Work to be performed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 0800-1630).

• Specific services include corrosion protection, fuel temperature testing, leak and release detection, spill protection, overfill control, fuel filtration/decontamination, dispenser and emergency shut-off inspections, and training for facility personnel.

• Contractor must be licensed/certified by the State of Indiana for UST testing and cathodic protection.

• All employees must be badged with VA contractor badges.

• Adherence to Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) requirements.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with options.
