Scope of Work

- Annual Fire Extinguisher Services:
- Inspection and maintenance per NFPA 10 standards, including 6-year maintenance and/or hydrostatic testing.
- Identification and inventory reporting of all portable fire extinguishers, including serviceability and maintenance status.
- Service of fire extinguishers in Government vehicles.
- Provision of spares/loaners if extinguishers are temporarily removed for testing.
- Semi-Annual Exhaust Hood Inspection:
- Inspection of the exhaust hood system at the Jefferson Avenue VA Clinic (Hope Recovery Center) in accordance with NFPA 96.
- Locations: Services will be performed across nine sites including John Cochran Division, Jefferson Barracks Division, Hope Recovery Center, St. Clair CBOC, St. Charles CBOC, North County CBOC, Washington CBOC, Team #1 Primary Care Clinic, and Team #2 Primary Care Clinic. Additional sites may be added.
