This amendment (0001) to solicitation 140P212600103, originally dated 05/05/2026, serves the following purposes:

• To offer a pre-proposal site visit.

• To change the due date for Requests for Information (RFIs) / Questions.

• Site Visit: A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for May 14th at 1000 EST. Interested parties should meet Eric Kelley (projected COR) at the Bolivar Heights Trailhead off Whitman Avenue. Eric Kelley can be reached at 304-582-0665. No special instructions are required for attendance. Self-guided visits are encouraged for those unable to attend or not interested in the official visit.

• RFI/Questions Due Date: Questions pertaining to this request for quotation are now due on May 18, 2026, no later than 1400 EST, via email to brian.thornton@nps.gov.

• The deadline for submitting RFIs/Questions has been extended.

• A pre-proposal site visit has been added.

• All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.

• The Period of Performance is noted as 09/14/2026 to 03/26/2027.
