Scope of Work
This is a performance-based service requirement for comprehensive custodial services. The contractor will furnish all personnel, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to maintain satisfactory facility conditions and a professional appearance. Services include:
- Basic Cleaning: Weekly sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, and general spot cleaning.
- Restroom & Breakroom Cleaning: Three times weekly cleaning and disinfecting, and stocking supplies.
- Laboratory Cleaning: Weekly trash and recycling removal (without disturbing lab equipment).
- Periodic Cleaning: Semi-annual stripping/re-waxing floors, carpet shampooing, interior window cleaning, and high dusting.
- As-Requested Services: Hourly services for special needs. Service hours are generally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding Federal Holidays.

Quotes must be held firm for 90 calendar days. Bidders must complete an Experience Questionnaire and may be subject to a Past Performance Questionnaire.
