Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To manage the recycling or disposal of a surplus of expired hand sanitizer from the FBI, ensuring compliance with environmental and transportation regulations due to its high alcohol content.

• Provide personnel, equipment, and services for the pickup, transport, recycling, or disposal of approximately 2184 bottles (750ml each) of expired hand sanitizer, stored in 82 full boxes on five pallets.

• Coordinate pickup from the FBI's Jacksonville, Florida Field Office.

• Ensure transportation complies with Department of Transportation (DOT) hazardous materials regulations.

• If recycling, ensure alcohol-based sanitizer is reclaimed or repurposed in accordance with Federal and State environmental standards, avoiding landfill disposal.
