Scope of Work

- Pickup and Transport: Collect approximately 2016 bottles (750ml each) of Alcohol Antiseptic 80% Topical Solution (Bacardi Bottling Co. product, liquid, Ethyl alcohol) from the FBI Jacksonville Field Office. The material is packaged in 168 boxes across 3 pallets. Transportation must comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) hazardous materials regulations. An 18-wheeler can access the site, and loading assistance with a pallet jack will be provided.
- Recycling/Disposal: Process the material in accordance with EPA, DOT, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and applicable Federal, State, and local environmental regulations. If recycling is not feasible, the material must be incinerated as Hazardous Waste; landfill disposal is explicitly not acceptable.
