Scope of Work
The requirement is for an inflatable hangar door plug system designed to seal the gap between hangar doors and a C-17 aircraft fuselage. The system must include:
- A bolt-on, corrosion-resistant aluminum Keder rail system for mounting.
- A high-strength, lightweight, fire-retardant fabric material resistant to puncture, UV, and aviation fluids.
- An electric blower (110V AC) to inflate the system.
- The system must be installable by two people or less without specialized training and not impede normal hangar door operation.
