- Ensure all systems are clean, maintained, and in proper operating order, adhering to IDEM permit #IN0024953 conditions.
- Conduct all associated testing outlined in the IDEM permit and submit Monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) electronically via NetDMR.
- Perform weekly inspections of 10 lift stations, including pumping down wastewater and checking for leaks.
- Furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, chemicals (including seeding, waste activated sludge removal, UV consumables, and ferric chloride), supplies, supervision, and management.
- Collect and test beach coliform samples weekly from two weeks prior to opening (Memorial Day) until two weeks after closing (Labor Day).
