The contractor must demonstrate competence in hazardous waste management, proficiency in "Lab Pack" disposal procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. Certificates of Disposal must be provided to the Hazardous Waste Coordinator within three months of waste receipt at the disposal facility.
