Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for the rental and lease of heavy construction equipment for use at Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB), Idaho.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supervision, management, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, materials, transportation, shipping, delivery, and other necessary items and services for the equipment rental. All work must comply with this SOW, applicable federal, state, and local laws, manufacturer's specifications, and commercial practices. The government reserves the right to modify quantities or incorporate additional work via contract modification.

• Two (2) HP135 II Compactors or equivalent (28"-32" wide)

• One (1) Dozer (Brand Name or Equal: CAT D5 or equivalent)

All equipment shall run on diesel fuel when applicable. The government projects an estimated usage of 960 total hours per month per equipment type, averaging 240 hours per month.

Equipment to be delivered ready for use not later than 1 April 2026. Equipment available for rent/use between 1 April 2026 and 1 August 2026 at Mountain Home AFB, ID.

• Field Service: Contractor is responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs. Response within 48 hours for repairs; replacement within 24 hours if repair is not possible. Routine maintenance is also required.
• Fuel: Government will provide fuel.
• Environmental Controls: Compliance with hazardous material handling, storage, use, and spill notification procedures. Hazardous waste must be disposed of at a RCRA permitted facility. Coordination with the Hazardous Waste Program Manager is required.
