The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair monolith R14 in accordance with the plans and specifications. Work includes but not limited to horizontal drilling, installing horizontal post tension anchor bars, internal pressure grouting, epoxy injection of surface cracks, installing water stops, underwater concrete placement, and dewatering the lock chamber at Holt Lock.
