- Delivery, setup, training, and ongoing maintenance of all equipment.
- Patient/caregiver education, home visits (monthly for ventilator users, every 90 days for oxygen users).
- 24/7 emergency service capability with specific response time requirements (30-minute telephone, 2-6 hour on-site).
