- Plenary Room (up to 25 at main table + back benchers)
- Five (5) Bilateral Meeting Rooms (conference style)
- US Government Work Room (up to 45, schoolroom style)
- Two (2) US Government Hold Rooms (up to 15, conference style)
- Two (2) US Government Bilateral Meeting Rooms (up to 15, conference style)
- Lunchroom (130 seated in rounds)
- Nursing Mother, Prayer, Security, and First Aid Rooms (up to 5 each)
- Cultural Event: One to three proposed options for a cultural engagement event for approximately 130 participants.
- Transportation: A plan for ground transportation between the airport, lodging, and venue(s).
