The purpose of this posting is to provide the following information regarding the upcoming GHC IT presentations/demonstrations (reference RFP Addendum to 52.212-1 (D) Sub-Factor 4 – Information Technology (IT) Services). This information is being provided for planning purposes only; please note, only Offerors remaining in the competition after establishment of the competitive range will be given an opportunity to participate. In the coming days, the Government will also be posting a relocation use case to be used during the presentations/demonstrations.

Facility/Equipment Information:
- Approximately 15 Government personnel will be present for IT presentations/demonstrations and tables will be in a straight line for viewing demonstrations/presentations
- There is no limit to the number of individuals the Offeror may have in attendance
- Offerors will use their own systems for demonstrations/presentations
- Room size is 1,116 sq ft
- Internet speed is 80 MBPS down and 76 MBPS up
- A projector and projector screen will be provided
- There are seven double outlets with additional surge protectors, if needed
- In the event of a power failure, the Government will wait 30 minutes before rescheduling the demonstration/presentation
- In the event of base closure due to weather, the Government will reschedule the IT presentations/demonstrations
