The purpose of this posting is as follows:

1. Make notification that the solicitation is hereby re-opened in order to issue Amendment 04 which revises the Storage in Transit (SIT) requirement and also clarifies the delivery date spread requirement.  The due date for submission of the SF30/offers is 12:00 PM CST, 23 December 2019 and the due date for the request of a DoD Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) drop-off code is 12:00 PM CST, 20 December 2019.

2. Provide the Oral Presentation/Demonstration Use Case.
