Scope of Work

The contractor is responsible for all necessary materials, tools, equipment, personnel, and supervision. Filter changes are excluded for the contractor at Fort Sam Houston.

Eligibility & Requirements

Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Key personnel requirements include a full-time Texas-licensed air conditioner repair/maintenance holder and EPA Section 608 certified technicians. Bonding is not required, but Texas licensing and insurance are mandatory. Contractors must implement NIST SP 800-171 and have a Basic DoD Assessment at the time of award. Compliance with the Service Contract Act Wage Determination is also required.
