The contractor must be an authorized warranty and service contractor for Nortek equipment and supply all necessary materials. Contract Details
This will be a firm-fixed-price requirements contract consisting of one base year and four option years, for a total potential duration of five years.

Submission & Evaluation

Quotes will be held firm for 90 calendar days. Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) criteria, evaluating Price, Technical Acceptability, and Past Performance.
