- Phase 3B: Detailed work on HVAC system design and upgrades, encompassing demolition of existing HVAC and lighting, new HVAC ductwork, piping, and electrical layouts, specific construction details, and schedules for VAV terminal units, fire dampers, grilles, registers, diffusers, and control sequences.
