The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Conte Anadromous Fish Research Laboratory has a requirement for annual preventative maintenance and routine repair/replacement service for its Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system located at 1 Migratory Way, Turners Falls, Massachusetts. Appendix A provides the Statement of Work.
The period of performance one year after receipt of order. There are four, one-year option periods which may extend the period of performance four years.
A site visit may be arranged at 9:00 a.m. on weekdays by contacting Marty Garcia, rgarcia@usgs.gov or at the office: 413-863-3808. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice MUST be given. CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ARRANGE A SITE VISIT.
This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238220. The size standard is $19 million. The basis of award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
Quote submissions are due on or before 10/13/2025. The anticipated award date of the contract is on or before 11/01/2025. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be awarded the contract.
All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
